Soprano

Rosemary was born and educated in the UK, an alumna of Clare College, Cambridge University, and the Guildhall School of Music & Drama in London.As an ensemble singer she has worked with many leading groups in Europe, including Tenebrae, Polyphony, Huelgas Ensemble, the Gabrieli Consort, The Hanover Band, Chamber Choir Ireland and the choir of Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.Since moving to New Zealand in 2021 she has performed as a soloist in Nelson, Christchurch and Wellington, and established a busy teaching studio.

More strings to my bow

Rosemary teaches violin in schools and privately. She also plays in the Nelson Symphony Orchestra, where she is principal 2nd violin.

Conductor

Rosemary conducts various choral groups in Nelson, including the Nelson Male Voice Choir and Bel Canto at Nelson College for Girls.
